The Second Amendment Preservation Act (SAPA) in Missouri has been ruled unconstitutional by U.S. District Judge Brian Wimes in Jefferson City, Missouri, in a landmark decision for the U.S. Justice Department. Charles Bronson, Britain’s most notorious prisoner, is currently appealing to the Parole Board in his latest bid for freedom after spending most of the past 48 years behind bars.
