When Jacob opened his grandmother’s refrigerator two-and-a-half years after she passed away, he was in for a real shock. Inside the otherwise empty fridge, sat a half-full Fiji brand water bottle with a strange green shape floating around in it.
Jacob, a programmer and TikToker, quickly shared the bizarre discovery with his followers, leaving them scratching their heads. What could the strange shape be?
The video begins with Jacob slowly opening the refrigerator door, remarking that his grandmother has been gone from the apartment for two-and-a-half years. He then zooms in to show that the shape is roughly spherical, with fuzzy tendrils sticking out of it. He begins to shake the bottle, showing how the tendrils float around as the water moves.
Viewers were shocked by Jacob’s video and speculated about what the shape could be. Some suggested that it was a sign of his grandmother’s reincarnation, while others joked that it was the result of the saliva of the last person to drink from the bottle.
The truth, however, is more likely to be a harmless amoeba or an algae. Amoebas are single-cell organisms that are commonly found in water, and algae is a type of plant that can form colonies in water.
While it’s impossible to tell for sure what the green shape floating in the water bottle is, it’s safe to say that Jacob’s discovery is an interesting one. It just goes to show that you never know what you’re going to find in your grandma’s refrigerator!
